Strengths - 56 Million Unit sales in PS5’s as of April 30, 2024. Has more high selling exclusive games than the competitor like, Spider-man, God Of War, and more.
Weaknesses - Consumers complain at the cost of PS5 controllers. Poor customer service. The warranty loopholes for controllers. Ad-on’s are expensive.
Opportunities - Advancements in technology that cater to the competitive gamer.
Threats - Other gaming companies like Nintendo, and Microsoft with XBOX. Nintendo is coming out with a newer version of the switch that could possibly lower the amount of people purchasing PS5’s.
